    The staff were helpful, particularly Shirley Ou, who provided excellent dining recommendations and arranged late check-out with thoughtful attention. I enjoyed the fine city view from my room. The breakfast spread was diverse, catering to various tastes and preferences.

    The breakfast offers a varied and well-prepared selection.

    The room fittings feel outdated and the furniture could definitely use an upgrade. The electrical outlets are poorly positioned, as you have to crawl under the desk to access them, inconvenient. Plus, I found a sweet wrapper underneath the sofa chair, raising concerns about the cleaning standards.

    Yo, the staff were super chill and helped me and my fam at check-in, especially Jessy! She went through everything-the gym, restaurants, public transport. We got our two rooms next to each other too. Just a heads up, the ATM was empty. Would hit this spot up again for sure!

    The super nice team , especially Jessy, who made check-in easy and told us all about the amenities! We loved chilling by the outdoor pool and relaxing in the sauna. Just a heads up, the coffee in the room could be better, but it didn't ruin our fun at all ☕️

    The Location of the Hotel is Excellent , besides the staff is so cooperative ; always ready to help . Also another good thing is the Bus Facility To & Fro this Hotel to Hong Kong .

    They should add more Cuisines to the Restaurant , as largely we found Business Travellers there and many of them were Indians ; who are mostly Vegetarians .

    The large family room featured convenient amenities like a washing machine and a well-equipped kitchenette. Proximity to the MTR and local shopping made getting around effortless. The double bed felt more like a UK large single, and requests for an extra bed created confusion at check-in. Service regarding breakfast ordering was disappointing, as immediate payment was insisted upon late at night, which seemed unnecessary for two guests.
